Bryan's Blog

Sunday, November 11th, we drove to San Diego to perform at M Theory Music record store. We went on at 3:00pm and the show went great. They were all so nice to us and we enjoyed performing there. Check out their store. We did not have a show that evening but wanted one, and we found one. Our good friends Jaimis and Preston from band Crossed Keys asked around and was told "The Alibi" was the cool bar in town. So we walked in at 6:00pm to check it out. The bartender asked if we were the band. We shook our heads and said "yes we are, which door should we load in?", he said "that one". So we did. We quickly set up and asked if we can sound check and warm up with some songs.

We've had a good start with the release of our second album "Underneath The Radio". I'm happy to see great reviews, press and support from many people who have given us high rewards and the enthusiasm for us to support this album with many shows and travels. We've had some requests for a couple of songs, "Almost perfect", and "Lilac Afternoon". I'd like to let you know that "Almost Perfect" is available on our first release "Blue Swan Orchestra" which is basically now out of print. We do, however, have plans to re-release this album very soon, meaning this coming year. I'm very excited about that. "Lilac Afternoon" is performed live quite often, and we do except requests. It has been recorded and is only available on iTunes.

Hey this is Bryan, welcome to our new website. I spent some time building this site with my good friend Bang Le. The two of us put this together for kind of a home base for Goldenboy. With our new record coming out and touring this fall, we, Goldenboy should have alot to add to this site. Plan on seeing alot of photos from our trips and adventures.
